Acumens Customer Portal is an addon to enhance Customer Business Interactions
Acumens Customer Portal for Dynamics Business Central/ Dynamics NAV is an addon to enhance Customer Business interactions. With this extension, customers are able to track their sales (Unshipped/Unbilled Orders, Posted Sales Invoices and Unpaid posted Invoices), Save Card details, Save Bank details, make Card and Bank Payments through web portals integrated to Business Central in real time.
There are two web portals created for this integration which are acquired based on customer needs. It can be a reseller portal or a customer portal/salesperson portal.
This app works with Acumens e-Payments and Acumens e-POS to support Credit Card and Bank Payment processing.
The features included in this app are as follows:
1. Customer Defined Payment Method Setup:
A customer can update their mode of payment (Card or Bank) in Business Central, through Save Card or Save Bank link shared from their Business Central customer account. The card types currently supported are VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
2. Customer Payment Processing:
Customers are able to process card or bank payments on their Unshipped/Unbilled Orders and Unpaid Posted Invoices through a PaybyLink shared from the specific sales document in Business Central.
3. Reseller Portal:
This portal is designed for resellers and has three tier accounts i.e. Reseller, BC End Users and Customers. Its features are similar to Customer Portal but with a wider business coverage. Payment processing can only be done on the customer tier. Reseller portal supports Acumens e-Payments for payment processing.
4. Customer Portal:
It is a web portal integrated to Business Central that gives access to the Business Central Customer Account where they can view their Sales (Unshipped/Unbilled Orders, Posted Sales Invoices and Unpaid posted Invoices) and also make payments. Customer portal supports both Acumens e-Payments and Acumens e-POS for payment processing. One payment processing app can be activated at a time.
5. Salesperson Portal:
This portal is designed as a Salesperson profile integrated to Business Central where the salesperson has real time access to their role related records. They can execute their day-to-day activities on the portal and these activities are updated in Business central in real time.
The Salesperson has access to Customers, Item records, Sales related transactional documents and documents history.
Supported Editions
This extension supports both the Essential and Premium editions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
